We have recently installed a new ammonia/co2 plant for our 96,000 ft ² freezer, this incorporates a blast freezer that runs at -50 °c whilst achieving core temperatures of -20 °c after 8 hours of freezing for poultry products and -20 °c core temperature for bakery products in less than 5 hours.

Ground Floor:

Our cold store comprises of 6 chambers, whilst our Blast Freezer is capable of holding upto 26 pallets at any one time.

Site 1:

This ambient warehouse has ‘Narrow Aisle’ racking and has the capacity to hold 2,200 pallets.
